Accounts Coordinator – 2 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage account books of Bengaluru Chapter for collection of sponsorship and contribution amount
  • Payment of reimbursement and honorarium Reporting accounts and activity list to central chapter

SW Development Process Automation Engg – 2 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Automation Software for 
    • Data collection, tracking and reporting 
    • Account keeping and communicating 
  • Work with Team to identify more automation possibilities 

Social Media Coordinator – 2 position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish content on social media 
    • Notifications and reports of events 
    • Content about Indian heritage and culture 
  • Run social media campaigns for publicity of SPIC MACAY ideology and activities 
  • Help Schools/Colleges in publicity of their SPIC MACAY events 

Print and Online Media Coordinator – 2 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationship with various personnel in Print and Digital media companies 
  • Get the content published regularly in media 
    • Notifications and reports of events 
    • SPIC MACAY ideology and activities 
  • Help Schools/Colleges in publicity of their SPIC MACAY events 

Creative Designer – 2 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create posters, booklets and other creative material 
  • Work with media coordinators and other team members to fulfil the need of artwork 

Content Researcher and Creative Writer – 4 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write content for all media campaigns by searching online as well as talking to various sources 
  • Post content on Karnataka SPICM ACAY website and national newsletter 
  • Work with media coordinators and other team members to fulfil the needs 

Program Coordinator – 14 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approach schools and colleges and convince them to start SPIC MACAY Heritage Club and SPIC MACAY activities 
  • Work with institutions to organize the activity 
  • Work with Publicity Team for increase visibility of the event and its report 
  • Work with account team for reporting the activity in SPIC MACAY hierarchy 

District Coordinator – 29 positions (1 for each district in Karnataka)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop SPIC MACAY Chapters In various districts of Karnataka 
  • Work with with district chapters and help them grow SPIC MACAY activities in the district

Fundraiser – 15 positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach and follow-up with organizations for sponsorships and donations 
    • Governments Agencies and PSUs 
    • Corporates and other Businesses 
    • Large Individual donors 
  • Prepare and coordinate funding documents (e.g. proposal, receipts, utilization report etc.) with funding agency 
  • Work with accounts team and Publicity team for closing the loop
